At ChauffeurDriven, we provide refined, discreet and professional chauffeur services across the UK. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings
Clients must provide accurate travel details, including pickup location, destination, date, time and passenger information. Bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Pricing & Payment
Our rates depend on the vehicle, journey, duration and service requirements. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, itinerary changes or additional services.
Cancellations
Cancellation and amendment charges may apply depending on the booking type and notice period. Applicable terms will be confirmed during booking.
Chauffeur Service
We strive to provide punctual, discreet and exceptional service. Traffic, weather, road closures, airport disruption and other circumstances beyond our control may affect journey times.
Client Conduct
Passengers must respect the chauffeur, vehicle and applicable safety requirements. Smoking, vaping, illegal activities and inappropriate behaviour are prohibited.
Vehicle Allocation
Vehicle images are for illustration purposes. Where necessary, ChauffeurDriven may provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle.
Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with lost property but cannot guarantee recovery.
Liability
ChauffeurDriven is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Privacy
Client information is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection requirements.
